A villa equipped for events such as weddings and engagements, accommodating up to 50 people. The villa is located on Suez Road before Wessal, heading towards Madinaty, 600 meters north of the private gates on Suez Road. The basic package for engagements for 50 people includes garden rental, DJ for 4 hours, a wedding stage (kousha), chairs and tables for 50 people, 4 buffet tables, 2 lighting bars, 60 meters of lights and decorations, spotlights, a centerpiece burner for 5 tables, 2 bathrooms, and a bride's preparation room for two hours before the event. There is parking inside the villa for 15 cars. The event duration is 6 hours, with an additional hour for decoration setup. The latest departure time is 11:30 PM. External catering can be brought in with an entrance fee for finger food (500 EGP) or open buffet (1000 EGP). Beverages are provided by the venue. Additional guests cost 50 EGP without a chair and 150 EGP with a chair. A refundable deposit of 3000 EGP is required if the venue is left clean.
