By using ejarat you agree to these terms. Please read them — they set out what you can post and what happens if you don't.
Who runs ejarat
ejarat is operated by Mo Elsifi. It is a listings board and nothing more: it is not an estate agency, a broker or an agent for anyone, it takes no payments and holds no money, and it charges no commission on anything arranged through it. Reach us directly at support@ejarat.com.
Using ejarat
ejarat is a listings marketplace. We connect people renting things out with people looking to rent. We are not a party to any rental agreement, we do not hold payments, and we do not verify the condition or ownership of anything listed. Deal carefully and inspect before you pay.
What you post
You are responsible for everything you post, and you must have the right to post it. Listings must be real, accurate, and yours to advertise.
Zero tolerance for objectionable content
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour on ejarat. You may not post content that is fraudulent, misleading, offensive, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, discriminatory, or illegal, and you may not post someone else's property or contact details without permission. Reports are reviewed and we remove violating content and suspend the accounts behind it, without notice where the violation is serious.
Reporting
Every listing carries a report control. Reports are read and acted on, and a listing that breaks these rules is removed. You can also write to support@ejarat.com.
Suspension and deletion
We may suspend or remove any account that breaks these terms. You can delete your own account at any time from the Account screen.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continuing to use ejarat after a change means you accept the updated terms.
